Super glue would be the obvious choice, because it is the first thing you think of when people say “fast drying glue.” For your project, though, I would use a glue gun. Go to your local craft store and ask for a glue gun. They have some really cheap ones.
super glue dries way too fast. i would use a hot glue gun, but practice a bit before, because it can get pretty messy and you end up with gobs and gobs of extra glue.
rubber cement may work as well, but im more confident with glue gun.
Yup Super Glue can be a solution, but what if you want to store your xmas lights again? you’ll have to store the branch as well , what I sugest you is to use simple and common Plastic Wire Ties, like the one you use to close plastic bags and stuff …why? because they’ll hold long time and you can deattach your lights, store it again and get rid of the branch as well, good luck!!!
E-6000. It dries in a few minutes, is clear and holds forever. I used it to glue beer bottle caps onto the wood of my garden shed and they are there forever. It also won’t melt in the sun and can stand cold temps well below freezing. You can find it at craft stores.
I noticed that every time I use super glue to paste a picture down. Let it dry and then coat with the epoxy resin…the resin turns really yellow. I notice that it will do that with fast drying glues….
Do you know what is in the super glue that makes it do that? And what kind of fast drying glue will keep the resin from yellowing?
I have a 9000 piece jigsaw puzzle and want to know if anyone has any specific recommendations. I have glued and hung 1000 piece puzzles to the wall, but this one will be heavier and I don’t want to mess it up. I’ve used a few different brands of puzzle glue, and have so far liked Save-A-Puzzle by RoseArt the best. However, it would require several bottles, so first I’d like to know if there are any cheaper, faster, or more efficient options. I have tried ModPodge and hate it because it is not self-leveling. (At least, not the kinds I got.)
I have also run into issues where the puzzle warps from the glue — any suggestions on avoiding that? I know I can counteract it by gluing the back, but it doesn’t necessarily end up completely flat.
Finally, I am not sure the best way to mount it on the wall. I’ve used stuff like 3M Command Adhesives and adhesive putty, but I don’t think these products really have the oomph for the 9000 piece. Any ideas?
I need it for a science project on careers.
Can you also give me some examples of colleges to attend to become a physical therapist? Thank you so much.
I would also be grateful if the classes were specific.
Again, I know I am asking for alot, but I need this information a.s.a.p.
I have a fish tank with an 18″ eel that likes to rearrange things. Anything I ever attach to the glass with suction cups never stays there for long because of his body weight smacking into everything. Most important is the heater. I am concerned that one of these days he is going to smack it into the glass hard enough to break it. Is there a quick acting glue I can use to glue the heater’s suction cup to the glass so that thing stays in its place? Moreover, is there something that is safe for the fish and can be used in wet, even submerged applications so I don’t have to drain water?
I don’t care what it looks like because it will be on the back, I just need something that will adhere rubber to clear glass and won’t be toxic to fish and can be applied under water or be dried and submersible within an hour.
Hello everyone, My hobby is to build scale models of Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey stages. I am trying to use ratten reed for this scaffolding that is used on this portal. http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2012/255/e/f/ringling_brothers_under_construction_by_pink12301-d5egc9g.jpg The portal consists of alot of very thin scaffolding. and I was able to complete the top of portal in 6 hours. But the super glue I was using, I purchased two bottles of the same type of glue. The first one went great, but the second one I opened up. Never did anything. It took almost 15 mins to dry, And the ratten wasn’t even holding together. Is there any type of glue, VERY fast drying, Non messy, That I could use to make these scaffolding? I am highly frustrated and I am literally almost in tears. I don’t want to give up. If there is no other option, Is there wire they sale, that I could be able to bend and shape, and just sodder the whole scaffolding together with metal wire?

I love Gorilla Glue
